Something live every Friday.
Nimblebase is a small senior team for digital marketing, AI and software. We work in one-week cycles, so you see finished work every Friday and decide what comes next.
Plan your first 30 days
Switch services on or off. Each column is what goes live that Friday.

One team does all four, so you only explain your business once.

Campaigns, landing pages and tracking you can trust, run by the person who set them up.
A good first projectA two-week tracking and funnel fix, so you know what your current spend is buying.
AI consulting
A straight answer on where AI will save your team time, and where it will waste it.
A good first projectA four-week AI review that ends with one prototype and a costed plan.
AI implementation
Assistants and automations wired into the tools your team already uses.
A good first projectOne workflow automated end to end, such as support triage or quote drafting.
Software development
Web apps, internal tools and integrations, on a staging link you can click every Friday.
A good first projectA four-week first release: the one feature your users are waiting for.
What a week with us looks like
Same rhythm every week, whatever we're building. You always know what's coming on Friday.
Monday
Plan
A 30-minute call. We agree what ships on Friday and write it down in one paragraph.
Tuesday to Thursday
Build
We work. You get short written updates in a shared channel, and answers the same day.
Friday
Ship
Something goes live, or lands on a link you can click. You get a one-page note on what changed.
Three ways to start
Start with a sprint. It's two weeks, and you'll know by the end whether we're worth keeping.
Two weeks
Sprint
One problem, fixed scope, fixed price. The cheapest way to find out what working with us is like.
[Sprint price is confirmed before launch]
Four to ten weeks
Project
A build with a clear finish: a campaign launch, an AI workflow, a first software release.
[Project price range is confirmed before launch]
Month to month
Monthly team
The same people every week, across marketing, AI and software. Cancel with 30 days notice.
[Monthly price is confirmed before launch]
Fair questions
We have been burned by an agency before. Why would this be different?
Judge us weekly. Every Friday there is something live or something you can click. If a Friday comes and goes with nothing to show, you'll know in week one, and a sprint is only two weeks long.
Who will we talk to?
The people doing the work. There is no account manager between you and them, and the person on your Monday call is the person building on Tuesday.
Can one small team really cover marketing, AI and software?
The campaign needs a landing page, the landing page needs a form that talks to the CRM, and the CRM needs an assistant to sort the leads. Marketing, AI and software end up being one problem with three names. When a job needs a specialist we don't have, we'll say so before you pay for it.
What do you need from us?
One person who can make decisions, 30 minutes on Mondays, and access to the tools we will be working in.
Who owns the work?
You do. Ad accounts, code, data and documents sit in your accounts from the first day.
Notes from the work
A 30-minute check on whether you can trust your marketing numbers
Five quick tests that show whether your ad platforms, analytics and CRM agree with each other, and what to fix first when they don't.
How to pick the first task to automate with AI
A simple way to rank AI ideas by hours, tolerance for error and data access, so your first project is one that ships and gets used.
How to write a week's scope in one paragraph
The five sentences we use every Monday to agree what ships on Friday, and why a paragraph works better than a ticket list.
Tell us what's stuck. We'll tell you what we'd ship first.
No deck and no pitch. Bring the problem and we'll work through it with you.
